About the Role

School Business Services is a leading provider of education support services and budgeting software. We're seeking an experienced ICT Engineer to join our team, working closely with schools to deliver high-quality ICT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote support to schools, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Participate in IT projects, focusing on school networking and security.
  • Assess and resolve technical issues, from server failures to internet outages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects and meet customer objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ICT engineering, with a strong understanding of small organization or school networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and Right to Work in the UK verification.
