We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate-Digital Product Management to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our digital product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new product feature sets and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support the launch of new product feature sets and capabilities.
  • Translate technical requirements into instructions and guidelines for marketing teams.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely launches and ensure all milestones are met.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies to effectively deliver the product roadmap.
  • Assist with creation of presentations for executive audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an agile framework.
  • Proven experience of comfortably working in grey space, solving problems through logic and a strong customer focus.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
