Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience post-qualification in practice
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within the practice, both as job runner or as part of a team
  • Client-facing experience and presentation skills

Architectural Technologist Role:

John McCall Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for developing designs from stages 2/3 onwards through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs from stages 2/3 onwards through to completion and handover
  • Manage projects both individually and as part of a team as required by project scope/resourcing
  • Coordinate consultant and sub-consultant/contractor information within design
  • Manage post-stage 3 planning requirements and building control coordination
  • Attend site/contractor meetings
  • Assist project lead through delivery stages and manage delivery of work packages for the wider project team
  • Assist and advise the wider internal team with technical advice

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in practice
  • Ability to manage production of working drawing packages from stage 3-7
