Mechanical Project Manager

David Leslie Ltd, a well-established and respected Mechanical Building Services contractor, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager to join their team. Based in Berkshire, the company provides a range of Air Conditioning and Mechanical services from design to installation and commissioning to various sectors, including Commercial, Private Hospitals, and Laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project development from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the project.
- Design review and procurement of plant, materials, and labour.
- Programming of works and overall cost management.
- Technical submittals and coordination of direct staff and sub-contractors on site.
- Reporting to the Mechanical Director and liaising with the client.
- Strong project management skills and experience in the Mechanical Building Services industry.
- Ability to work to strict timescales and deliver projects within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of building services and HVAC systems.
