The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager to take a lead role in the delivery of our services, projects, and products, and management of our delivery teams building the data and analytical solutions. This is a critical role in supporting the strategic direction for better use of data to support service delivery and outcomes across Scotland.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Management
  • Leading Delivery of Projects, Work Packages, and Business as Usual Services
  • Ownership of Processes and Standards that Support Delivery of Our Services
  • Pro-actively Contributing to Service Improvement and Strategy
  • Line Management of Team Members
