Clinical Trial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead our clinical studies from initiation to closure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical trials, including risk management, trial timelines, budget, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical trial meetings with Lead Trial Physicians to ensure successful trial execution.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate with Contract Development and Operations (CODL) to manage trial timelines, budget, and quality.
- Support CRO/vendor selection and lead contract negotiations to ensure optimal partnerships.
- Supervise and evaluate CROs and vendor stakeholders to ensure high-quality services.
- Contribute to the development of trial materials and monitor patient recruitment to ensure successful trial outcomes.
- Implement site oversight strategy, conduct visits, and review monitoring reports to ensure data quality.
- Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) and manage investigational product supply to ensure compliance.
Main Requirements:
- Proven experience in Clinical Trial Management, with a focus on Phases I, II, and III.
- Strong clinical trial experience from start-up to closure, with a focus on global trials.
- Global experience in the EU, US, and JAPAC regions, with a focus on Immunology and Rare Diseases.
- Biotechnology industry experience, with a focus on clinical development and quality.
