Dimensions is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bromsgrove. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals to achieve their goals and live independently
- Provide daily living support, including personal care, meal support, and household tasks
- Assist with medication administration, including epilepsy medication
- Use electric hoisting and repositioning equipment to support individuals with mobility needs
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
Shift Patterns:
- Day Shifts: 7:30am – 3pm
- Day Shifts: 2:30pm – 9:30pm
No long days are required for this opportunity, and occasional cover for the waking night team may be required. Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
