Position Overview:


Silcom Recruitment Limited is on the lookout for a skilled Level 2 or 3 Automotive Service Technician to become part of a modernized service center, providing a wide array of both new and pre-owned vehicles.

Previous experience in a workshop setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications of an Automotive Service Technician:
1. Execute regular maintenance and servicing tasks on vehicles.

2. Conduct diagnostic assessments to pinpoint faults and issues.

3. Repair and substitute defective parts and components.

4. Ensure all tasks are performed adhering to high safety and quality benchmarks.

5. Maintain comprehensive records of all services performed.

6. Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

7. Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair methodologies.

8. Collaborate with colleagues to meet workshop objectives and targets.

Compensation Package:

Salary:
£38,000 plus potential earnings of up to £44,000 based on experience.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday [8:00am – 5:00pm] & (1-in-5)

Saturday mornings [8:00am – 1:00pm]
