About the Role

Fleet Tutors is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Educator to join our team of professionals. As a Science Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners who require dedicated, in-person support to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual learners.
  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with guardians/teachers to ensure academic success.
  • Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's level degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months UK teaching/tutoring experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other complex requirements.
