Blue Arrow is seeking a skilled Paint Prep Operative to join our team in the ST10 area. As a Paint Prep Operative, you will be responsible for prepping parts for painting, filling in dents, smoothing out surfaces, and inspecting parts pre-paint to ensure a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of parts for painting
  • Filling in dents and smoothing out surfaces
  • Inspecting parts pre-paint to ensure a smooth finish
  • Assisting paint sprayers where required
  • General maintenance of the yard/unit
  • Liaising with the management team on faults/issues
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or in manufacturing/engineering
  • Experience using hand tools
  • Great attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Great attitude towards work and taking pride in results
  • Reliability and flexibility
