Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive financial assessment service to vulnerable residents in the Borough.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver financial assistance towards rent, Council Tax, and social care costs.
  • Ensure the service achieves maximum Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) scores.
  • Contribute to the Use of Resources Assessment and the Council's overall CPA score.
