Job Summary:

Aspire People is seeking an experienced School Science Technician to join our team in a Secondary School setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Science Technician to share their knowledge and expertise to drive the science department forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students and science teachers throughout the day
  • Set up and use equipment accurately and safely
  • Take a proactive approach to work
  • Organize and maintain knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
  • Manage stock control of chemicals and equipment
  • Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and chemicals and materials are stored appropriately

Requirements:

  • Relevant science technician experience
  • DBS issued within the last 12 months or willingness to pay for a new DBS check
