At Rise at Seven | Search-First Creative Agency, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital PR Lead to join our team. As a key member of our PR department, you'll be responsible for leading our digital PR account teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns and reactive PR activity that meets or exceeds client KPIs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of PR strategies for our clients, focusing on digital channels and platforms.
  • Manage a portfolio of PR accounts, setting strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery against client KPIs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to drive new business opportunities, research, development, and pitch.
  • Support the growth of the PR department, working closely with the PR Director and Head of PR to develop and implement departmental strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital PR, with a strong understanding of search-first strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital PR.
