Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including site-based and central support teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimize content for maximum impact
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement social media campaigns that support business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation and social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the food industry or a related field is desirable but not essential
