About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Arboriculture Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance Team at Liberty Gas Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of arborists and ensuring the delivery of high-quality arboriculture services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of arborists in the delivery of arboriculture services, including tree maintenance, pruning, and removal.
  • Develop and implement arboriculture plans and strategies to ensure the health and safety of trees and the public.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including our Property Services and Maintenance teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, equal opportunities, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Relevant NPTC qualifications and experience in arboriculture.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and duties.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in arboriculture.
