OCS, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Bristol. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing access and egress control to site, monitoring CCTV, managing visitors, and completing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control access to the premises.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures with strict access control arrangements.
  • Monitor CCTV, ensuring the safety and security of the premises during assigned shifts.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide access and egress control to site, ensuring all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
  • Adhere to the company's dress code and wear correct uniform.
  • Fulfill health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company's health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong people and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out duties while lone working and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Well-presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
  • A Criminal Record Check, employment history, and Right to Work check.
  • SIA LICENSE is a requirement.
  • CCTV License is desirable.
  • Driving License is preferable.
