Job Opportunity for HGV Class 1 Drivers

Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for a well-established client based in Skelmersdale. The role involves delivering caged goods to stores across the UK, with an average of 2-3 drops per day, and some collections.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Day shift: £16.81 per hour, with overtime after 45 hours at £24.05 per hour
  • Afternoon shift: £19.00 per hour, with overtime after 45 hours at £26.24 per hour
  • Night shift: £19.77 per hour, with overtime after 45 hours at £27.01 per hour
Requirements
  • HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (category CE)
  • At least 12 months of experience as a Class 1 driver
  • Experience of driving a refrigerator unit is preferred
  • Valid Driver's CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
  • No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
