About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Purchasing/Operations Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing purchasing operations and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze delivery times and accuracy to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries or packaging problems.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track shipments from international locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of samples and other items.
  • Regularly update and share stock reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective inventory management.
  • Update and share retail sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
  • Perform stockkeeping at the office, ensuring organization and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Monitor freight shipments, ensuring deliveries are on time and coordinating with logistics partners to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the purchasing function as needed, ensuring purchase orders, delivery notes/GRN, and supplier invoices match up and chasing missing documents as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software, warehouse management systems, and platforms, such as Shopify.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
