Welcome to the Rentokil Graduate Scheme, a comprehensive program designed to fast-track your career in pest control. As a graduate, you will embark on a journey of professional growth and development, tailored to your individual learning pace and career interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving pest control issues in a specific geographical area.
  • Receive comprehensive industry-recognised training to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Choose from various career paths, including Sales Surveyor, Service Team Leader, Key Account Manager, and Field Biologist.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a Science-related field, such as Zoology, Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biology, or Geography.
  • Or, hold a BA Hons in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Events Management, Hotel Management, International Hospitality Management, Business Economics and Finance, Retail Management, Retail, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Food Industry Management, or Retail Business Management.
  • Possess a full UK driving license and a strong work ethic.
