About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the product backlog and managing the delivery of new features or fixes for our business management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary product contact for the development team and lead demos, requirement gathering, and story mapping workshops with customers and stakeholders.
  • Elicit customer and stakeholder requirements, translating them into features and product backlog items that meet the acceptance criteria.
  • Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it is in a healthy state for release planning.
  • Participate in Agile team ceremonies to coach the team on minimal viable solutions and set sprint goals for the Development Team.
  • Review release documentation and carry out user acceptance testing before any release is completed.
Requirements
  • Experience in working with different levels of technical ability to solicit requirements and create product backlogs using product management tools.
  • Experience in Agile delivery frameworks for business management software development companies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive, positive, open, and collaborative approach to working with others in a team.
