Job Title: Floor Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floor Member to join our team. As a Floor Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Take accurate orders, ensuring special requests, allergens, and dietary restrictions are noted
  • Input orders into the POS system and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen promptly
  • Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns
  • Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth flow of service
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and close down of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Outgoing, dedicated to their role, and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations at all times
  • Available full-time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
  • Have a good personality and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Consistent and reliable and an excellent team player
