As a Mechanical and Electrical Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of contracts and initiatives related to mechanical compliance, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.

This position emphasizes specialized functions within Housing Services, encompassing equipment such as passenger lifts, domestic lifts, and communal extraction systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily management of mechanical contracts to ensure alignment with organizational KPI objectives.
  • Supervise mechanical projects, maintaining accountability for budget adherence, contractor performance, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits as necessary.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints within established internal timelines.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in social housing.
  • Experience in managing contractors.
