Role Summary

This Associate will play a key role within the Asset Management Marketing team, working within Content and Product Marketing to deliver ETF product collateral and materials. The successful candidate will partner with investment teams to define product positioning, develop narratives, and messaging strategy. They will work across the AM Marketing team to infuse product-related insights across content creation, digital marketing, paid media, social media, analytics, and design to create end-to-end campaigns and programs in service of new product launches and the broader commercial objectives of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for AM's ETF investment capabilities.
  • Ensure the newly created value propositions and messaging pillars are infused through all product marketing assets.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans around new ETF product/fund launches, major announcements, tentpole events, and client conferences.
  • Create and develop ETF product-specific marketing collateral, including emails, presentations, and premier publications, in partnership with AM's design team.
  • Map out a coordinated product-specific calendar that harmonizes with AM's content calendar and sequences externally published content appropriately and effectively.
  • End-to-end reporting and measurement of day-to-day and campaign-related marketing impact, delivering clear Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) and taking active steps to adjust marketing approach as necessary to optimize impact.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and procedural guidelines for all marketing communications, including proactive management of operational risk.
  • Take an active role in the AM Marketing team, adopting a collaborative approach, sharing best practices, being involved in programs outside primary region as relevant, and contributing to the team's overall success.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a similar role within a similar leading financial institution with an outstanding track record with measurable impacts and achievements.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including clients, products, regulations, and competitors.
  • Experience of working with and delivering data-heavy collateral either in a marketing or sales function to a regular update cycle.
  • An understanding of all marketing mediums, including digital, social, and collateral.
  • Interest in investment views and markets with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop a clear, compelling story.
  • Demonstrable track record of working effectively across matrixed, complex organizations with excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage with partners at all levels.
  • Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
