About the Role: CEH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Installation Technician to join a leading company in the retail technology sector. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various locations to install electronic point of sale (EPOS) systems in retail environments.
- Perform necessary installation tasks, including drilling and running cables through ceiling panels.
- Work a standard 35-hour week, Monday to Friday.
- Report daily to the Installation Manager to receive site schedules for installations across the country, which may require occasional overnight stays.
Training and Support:
- Gain expertise in the ShopMate software to effectively train clients on its features and functionalities.
- Address customer inquiries and requests via telephone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
