About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in following brand standards, training, coaching, and recognizing team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing labour, inventory, and cash control.
  • Ensure all employees are provided with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, driving Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviours in the restaurant.
  • Identify, recruit, and support the General Manager in the hiring process of exceptional talent.
Requirements
  • At least three (3) years of restaurant/retail and management experience.
  • Strong communication skills to conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate, and train employees.
  • Ability to adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
