About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Support Adviser to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Client Support Adviser, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct applications with clients, gathering sensitive and important health information
  • Accurately submit client information onto our systems
  • Provide regular updates to clients during the application process
  • Respond to client and insurer queries in a proactive manner
  • Overcome any issues that may prevent a policy from going on risk, working with the Advised Sales Team to support clients through necessary changes
  • Champion and drive a strong culture of compliance and regulatory principles, such as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
  • Take responsibility for personal development, staying up-to-date with industry changes and sharing knowledge with colleagues
  • Ensure data protection and confidentiality at all times
