We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team at Evolv Energies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering deliverables to our projects, providing technical expertise, and representing the company at client and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team to deliver high-quality projects and tenders.
  • Provide technical expertise and input into project specifications, design review, and assurance.
  • Ensure projects and tenders are delivered in accordance with company and client engineering requirements.
  • Manage and promote safety in design across projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and effective delivery of CDM Principal Designer and Designer roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer with demonstrable Electrical Engineering expertise in the offshore wind and power transmission sectors.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering management, with a strong understanding of engineering deliverables and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
