About the Role

As a Hospitality Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement training solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of our learners and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our learners and employers
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement training solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of our learners and employers
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform training program development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure that training programs meet their needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in hospitality and training, with experience in designing and delivering training programs. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, employers, and stakeholders.
