Store Manager

Quest Search and Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of their key flagship stores on the island. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to relocate to the Channel Islands and take on a challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:- Take overall accountability of the store's P&L and legalities.
- Lead the Compliance and Health & Safety processes of the store.
- Lead and coach store teams in exceeding their job roles and having an active succession plan in place for future roles.
- KPIs focus on measurable targets around financial and non-financial performance.
- Take responsibility of wage budgets and have a proactive plan for absentee management.
- Store management experience within convenience or small supermarket retail.
- Ability to handle turnovers of circa 60k + per week.
- Full accountability of the whole store's daily operations, P&L, and legalities.
- KPIs focus on measurable targets around financial and non-financial performance.
- Proven track record of success in managing in an autonomous retail environment.
- Self-motivated and driven with excellent communication skills.
- Lower tax rate and NI compared to the UK.
