Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Oversight:

· Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to enhance brand visibility and interaction.

· Generate, schedule, and disseminate content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

· Monitor social media channels for feedback, inquiries, and interactions, responding in a timely manner.

· Evaluate social media analytics and produce reports to gauge performance and refine future initiatives.

· Assist the Head of Marketing with ongoing promotional campaigns.

Installer Program Management:

· Manage the administration and coordination of the approved installer program.

· Cultivate and sustain relationships with installers to ensure adherence to program standards.

· Create and distribute promotional materials to support the installer program.

· Track and report on the performance and feedback from the program.

Marketing and Advertising Assistance:

· Aid in the planning and scheduling of advertising initiatives across diverse channels.

· Support the marketing team with the procurement of promotional materials for clients and events.

· Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and trade exhibitions.

· Identify and suggest internal/external ideas and initiatives to enhance overall brand awareness.

Required Qualifications:

· Prior experience in a marketing environment.

· Proficiency in social media content development.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.

· Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

· Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics) is advantageous.
