Position Summary

Junior Project Manager – Warrington (Permanent)

Your Future Team:

Assystem is a well-respected authority in the nuclear decommissioning industry. We invite you to join our team as a Junior Project Manager within our Nuclear Decommissioning Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for executing essential work processes related to Design and Construction, supporting the three critical project dimensions: time, cost, and quality.

Your Responsibilities:

Budget and Estimate Development: Oversee and manage task order contracts.

Plans and Schedules Support: Assist in formulating detailed plans and timelines.

Performance Monitoring: Track budgets and schedules, aligning performance data with work processes, and generate project actuals and forecasts.

Variance Analysis: Examine discrepancies in direct hire and contract hire work activities.

Trend Detection: Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Science, or Engineering.

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, and risk management processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
