Exciting Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in various practice areas, including contract disputes, negligence and tort cases, and contentious private client work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of cases, including contract disputes, negligence and tort cases, and contentious private client work.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the litigation team.
  • Prepare and review documents, including contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide updates on case progress.
  • Work closely with the litigation team to ensure the smooth operation of cases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in litigation, preferably in a commercial or civil context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
