Drive Business Growth with Our Procurement Team
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our Corporate Services division in St Albans. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance across various categories, including IT, Finance, Legal, Consultancy & Professional Services.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive category strategies, driving business objectives forward with a focus on cost savings and contract negotiation. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of business performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a skilled negotiator, a strong communicator, and a highly analytical individual capable of prioritizing multiple projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining transparency and compliance within procurement policies and procedures.
The Key Requirements:
- Proven strategic procurement background
- Broad procurement experience, including IT
- Sourcing and category planning/management
- Experience of outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering
- In-depth, technical, and category management knowledge
- MCIPS (Preferred)
