Key Responsibilities- Manage a group of patients and take charge of the ward/department as needed.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Support and supervise junior staff members.
- Keep accurate and comprehensive records of patient care in accordance with NMC standards.
- Liaise with clinical specialists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure individual patient needs are met.
- UK NMC registration.
- Previous experience working in a ward environment.
