Role Overview

As a Welding and Fabrication Specialist, you will be instrumental in offering welding engineering expertise essential for the production of critical components in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and maintain product quality while optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Execute tasks with a strong focus on safety, contributing to the company's health and safety objectives and adherence to the Health & Safety Management System.
  • Oversee fabrication quality, inspection, and welding operations to ensure alignment with established standards and financial expectations.
  • Investigate and address fabrication quality challenges, implementing or suggesting suitable corrective measures.
  • Develop welding procedures based on engineering specifications to facilitate cost-effective fabrication.
  • Design and validate welding protocols to satisfy product specifications and client demands.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Welding Engineer Qualifications (EWE/IWE)
  • In-depth understanding of workshop fabrication and welding methodologies
  • Experience in the fabrication of steel and other materials
  • Ability to progress technical issues related to fabrication, welding, and quality assurance
Compensation and Benefits
