We are seeking a skilled Paint Technician to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint finishes on a variety of motor vehicles.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality paint finishes that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Carry out paint and preparation work on motor vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect and report on vehicle structure and paintwork to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Interpret and implement technical instructions and data to ensure accurate paint mixing and application.
• Manage inventory and record usage of materials and consumables.
• Ensure that vehicles are returned to customers in a safe and satisfactory condition.
• Meet or exceed manufacturer's and/or estimated repair/paint times.
• Report any faults or defects noticed during the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and special tools.
• Accurately record all components, materials, and consumables used.
• Protect customers' vehicles and contents while in our care.
• Ensure that all work meets acceptable safety and quality standards.
• Meet company repair/paint times and record hours, components, materials, and consumables used.
• Minimize waste of materials and meet targets set by management.
• Ensure that no customer vehicle or contents are damaged or lost while in our care.

• ATA/NVQ level 3 Paint Technician qualification.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Good health and safety knowledge and awareness.
• Time served repair technician experience.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Relevant industry experience.
