Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across a range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized assistance to students who require additional support to excel academically.
  • Work closely with experienced teaching staff to create tailored learning plans for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Support students in understanding key concepts and developing effective study skills and organizational strategies.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
