Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Horticulturist to contribute to our horticultural projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the greenery and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of multiple sites. Adherence to our company's Health & Safety protocols is essential in all undertakings. This is a permanent, full-time role with a commitment of 37 hours per week.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of work independently.
  • Capability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling interaction with a wide range of individuals, including park users, visitors, and various stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of workplace Health and Safety policies and practices.
  • Flexibility regarding shift patterns is essential for this role.
  • Experience in delivering practical horticultural tasks is desirable.
  • Reliable and diligent work ethic.
  • Ability to function well both as part of a team and independently.
  • Competence in managing both routine and non-routine tasks.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in recording information for daily activities.
  • A valid UK driving licence is a requirement for this position.
