Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Proven history of successful project bidding and execution in local or national transport sectors or for private development clients
  • In-depth knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) and Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCDHW) or other applicable design standards
  • Experience in leading a professional team on various projects
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the delivery activities of a professional team
  • A solid understanding of the significance of effective business processes and systems, coupled with a strong commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Client-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing large-scale highway projects
  • Proficiency in Autocad, MicroDrainage, and Civil 3D software
  • Familiarity with drainage design and Section 104 agreements
  • Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our offices.

Educational Background

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. MEng preferred. Chartered Engineer status is desirable.
