Transport Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our transport services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Work Schedule: Develop and implement efficient daily work schedules and routing for drivers and trailers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Effectively communicate with customers, drivers, and shipping companies to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with legal, environmental, and company policies to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may impact the smooth operation of our transport services.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Ensure strict adherence to legal, environmental, and company policies at all times.
About You:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Transport/Logistics/Planning role is essential for this position.
