Job Summary:
Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Internal Client Relationship Manager to join their Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales to work with a leading organization in the payroll and umbrella industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients to drive new business and improve service reputation.
- Work with the Sales Director to develop a strategy for new business development, focusing on smaller accounts.
- Identify new agency relationships outside of the current account base.
- Research and target specific vertical markets that align with the target contractor population.
- Assist the Sales Director with additional projects and opportunities as needed.
- Provide clear and effective communication about products and services to agencies.
- Advise and assist consultants on industry legislation.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective accounts, account profile information, and activity on the Sales CRM.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Track record of working towards sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including calls.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Self-motivation and ability to be motivated by targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Organizational skills.
