Overview

This involves heavy-duty cleaning of equipment, detail cleaning of small items, and general cleaning of service and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain equipment, including fryers, grills, and toasters
  • Detail clean small equipment and general cleaning of service and kitchen areas
  • Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures
  • Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills, including attentive listening and face-to-face verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and enjoy the camaraderie of the overnight shift
