Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

CSR (NI) LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a specialist interior and refurbishment contractor, we deliver high-end luxury projects and require a professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial management, documentation, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial management of specific aspects within projects
  • Preparing documentation for subcontractors to price and reviewing quotes
  • Reviewing, analyzing, negotiating, and procuring subcontract packages
  • Analyzing, pricing, and controlling changes and variations
  • Recording and controlling on-site works, including variations, dayworks, and labour-only work
  • Accurate and detailed site measurement
  • Cost control reporting and risk management
  • Communicating with all parties on technical and pricing matters to ensure compliance and economic benefits to the company
  • Establishing and enhancing professional working relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Working closely as part of a team to successfully deliver projects
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Fitout experience as part of a commercial team on large projects (£15m+) preferred
  • Relevant qualification to degree level preferred
  • Commercial and contractual awareness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Awareness and delivery of commercial and contractual benefits
