Quality Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Vickerstock. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Manage the Document Control process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the implementation and coordination of containment and corrective actions to resolve non-conformances
  • Develop and implement Procedures, Work Instructions, and other associated documentation to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage Product Quality testing to ensure compliance to specification and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide quality-related training and leadership to ensure a culture of quality excellence
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality Engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
