About the Role

We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. In addition, you will have access to a company pension scheme, 22.5 days holiday (rising with length of service), and a range of other benefits.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What to Expect

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region. You will be required to work every Saturday and 5 in 7 Sundays. You may be eligible for a Welcome bonus of £1,500.
