About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our central HSEQ Team at Network Plus Services Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting compliance and ensuring the highest standards of safety and risk management across our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that safety and compliance standards are maintained, and any issues are addressed immediately.
• Complete verification inspections and follow up on closure of findings/non-conformances.
• Support the accident and incident investigations, and promote good quality reporting and closure.
• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HSEQ or a related field, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex compliance issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
