Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Stanford le Hope site. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling packages with care, and delivering our reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move and sort packages in a busy warehouse environment
  • Work safely and accurately at speed, following instructions
  • Double-check your work as you go
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, speed, and accuracy
  • A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude
  • Initiative, an eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to accurately follow instructions
