Job Summary

Join Momentum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Tester or QA Lead Mentor to join our dynamic team as a mentor in our mentorship program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guidance on Best Practices: Provide guidance and support to interns on best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
  2. Skill Development and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to help interns improve their skills and knowledge in software testing and quality assurance.
  3. Reviewing and Providing Feedback: Review interns' work and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  4. Helping interns set goals, identify growth opportunities, and create development plans: Work with interns to set goals, identify areas for growth, and create development plans to help them achieve their career objectives.
  5. Support in Problem-Solving: Provide support and guidance to interns as they work on problem-solving exercises and projects.
Requirements
  1. In-Depth Knowledge of Testing: Have a deep understanding of software testing principles and practices.
  2. Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support interns.
  3. Up-to-Date Knowledge of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in software testing and quality assurance.
  4. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Abilities: Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to help interns develop their skills and knowledge.
  5. Commitment to Continuous Learning and Development: Be committed to continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
  6. Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule: Be available to work with interns on a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 30 minutes per week.
