Job Title: Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our Engineering Team at Microlise. As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and monitoring of our products.

About the Role
  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions using C#, Linux, UNIX, Java,.NET Core,.NET Framework, ASP.NET, Angular, Micro Services, MS SQL Server, and Couchbase.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical debt and implement solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Work closely with the product management team to define and prioritize technical requirements.
