Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise Revenue Opportunities: Capitalise on every chance to increase consumable sales, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and efficiently to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain precision in all paperwork related to hire and sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, and asset management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to verify equipment availability and ensure timely delivery and collection of equipment.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Meet all deadlines for submitting required reports and adhere to company Health & Safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements

We are looking for a well-presented individual with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner. Experience in the construction sector is not essential, as training will be provided, but strong communication skills and the ability to work in a busy, reactive environment are crucial. A full driving license is required.
